Job Summary

We are hiring Chat Support Executives to handle international customer interactions for leading US technology and retail processes.

The ideal candidate should have prior BPO voice process experience along with experience or transition into chat support. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries through chat while maintaining high standards of response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through chat support.
- Communicate professionally with international customers, primarily from the US.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain required response time, quality, productivity, and CSAT targets.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams when escalation is required.




- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of BPO Voice Process experience.
- Prior experience in Chat Support or willingness/experience to transition from voice to chat.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting ability.
- Good typing and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable handling international customers.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant BPO experience can apply.
