We are looking for Chat Support Executives to join our team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai . The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat and other support channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through chat support.
- Respond to customers professionally and within the required turnaround time.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements





- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in a customer-support environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
