The role involves handling customer queries through chat support, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through chat support. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns. Manage multiple chats while maintaining accuracy and quality. Maintain professional written communication. Follow process guidelines, SOPs and quality standards.



Accurately document customer interactions.

Eligibility

Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in chat, customer service, BPO or international processes can apply. Excellent written English and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Comfortable working in US shifts. Willing to work from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
