Job Summary
We are looking for CA and Non-CA finance professionals with strong experience in end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing accounting activities independently and possess strong communication and inter-company coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end accounting activities, including recording and reviewing financial transactions.
- Manage books closure and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare Financial Statements and supporting schedules.
- Handle GST and TDS accounting and compliance-related activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, balance sheet, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Manage inter-company accounting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
- Support audits and provide required financial information and documentation.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports and other management reports as required.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and books closure.
- Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong inter-company accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems will be an added advantage.

* CA / CA Inter / Non-CA candidates can apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in end-to-end accounting, financial statements, books closure, GST and TDS are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice periods are preferred.
