Job Summary
We are looking for a Charge Posting Executive with experience in US Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) . The candidate will be responsible for accurate charge entry, reviewing medical billing information, and ensuring charges are correctly posted into the billing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate charge entry/charge posting for US healthcare clients.
- Review patient and medical service information before posting charges.
- Work with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes and modifiers .
- Analyze charges received through documents, electronic files, or billing systems.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
- Identify and correct charge discrepancies.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity as per process requirements.
- Follow HIPAA, quality, SLA and TAT guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
