Job Title: Channel Partnerships Manager - Xpentra Channel Partner Program

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Mumbai

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Channel Partnership Manager to build, develop and manage its Channel Partner network across India. The role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, activating and managing strategic partners who can generate qualified enterprise opportunities and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Channel Partnerships, Enterprise B2B Sales, Business Development or Partner Management, preferably within Fintech, Banking Technology, SaaS, ERP or Enterprise Software.

The candidate will work closely with partners and senior enterprise stakeholders to drive adoption of Xpentra's Unified Banking and Financial Operations solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate and appoint high-potential Channel Partners across India.

Own the complete partner lifecycle including onboarding, activation, enablement, engagement and performance management.

Build and manage relationships with Fintech Partners, Banks, ERP Consultants, Enterprise Solution Providers, Financial Software and Technology Partners.

Develop partner-specific business development plans to generate qualified enterprise opportunities.

Work with partners to identify and target enterprises with complex banking and financial workflows.

Drive partner-generated opportunities and work with internal sales teams to convert them into enterprise customers.

Build relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, CXOs, Finance Heads, Accounts Heads and technology decision-makers.

Conduct partner training, product presentations, demonstrations and sales enablement sessions.

Ensure partners understand and effectively communicate Xpentra's product capabilities and business value proposition.

Monitor partner performance across pipeline generation, opportunities, conversions, revenue and activation.





Conduct regular partner reviews and develop action plans to improve partner productivity.

Ensure adherence to approved pricing, partner margin, territory, customer-account and commercial processes.

Identify recent partner opportunities, market segments and enterprise use cases.

Provide market and competitive intelligence to the leadership team.

Travel across India for partner meetings, training, enterprise engagements and business development activities.

Required Skills

5-8 years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Enterprise B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management or a related field.

Proven experience in identifying, onboarding, activating and managing Channel Partners.

Strong experience in partner-led sales and enterprise business development.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer acquisition.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Strong commercial understanding with the ability to maintain pricing and channel discipline.

Ability to conduct product presentations, partner training and business discussions.

Strong ownership, execution and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel across India.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Fintech, Banking Technology, SaaS, ERP, Enterprise Software or Financial Technology.

Existing relationships within the banking, fintech, ERP, financial software or enterprise technology ecosystem.

Experience working with partners who have access to CFOs, CXOs, Finance Heads and enterprise decision-makers.

Understanding of enterprise financial workflows, banking operations, payment processes or accounting/ERP integrations.

Experience managing a Pan India partner network.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Technology or a related field.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

5-8 years of relevant professional experience, with significant exposure to Channel Partnerships, Enterprise Sales or Business Development.
