Job Summary

We are looking for a Centre Manager to manage the overall operations, sales, admissions, and business development activities of our Calicut centre. The candidate will be responsible for achieving centre targets, managing the team, developing institutional relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day activities of the Calicut centre.
- Drive sales, admissions, revenue, and business development.
- Achieve monthly and annual centre targets.
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the sales and counselling team.
- Conduct regular college and institutional visits.
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, companies, and other institutions.
- Identify partnership opportunities and coordinate MOU signing.
- Meet principals, HODs, placement officers, HR teams, and other decision-makers.
- Organize seminars, workshops,



career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and collections.
- Handle key student and institutional enquiries and support the team in closing admissions.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing, HR, Accounts, and Placement teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly centre performance reports.
- Ensure excellent student and parent support and maintain the reputation of the centre.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Centre Management, Sales, Business Development, Education Sales, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and institutional partnerships will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for college and institutional visits.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
