Frameboxx Malad (Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects) is hiring a Centre Manager (Admissions & Sales Head). This is a high-performance, high-pressure sales role. You will own enrolment and revenue targets for the Malad centre every month. If you are comfortable with targets, closing counselling calls and daily accountability, read on.

Responsibilities

- Own monthly enrolment, revenue and fee collection targets
- Lead and coach the counselling team, and personally close high-value admissions
- Convert leads from Google and Meta ad campaigns through calls, walk-ins and follow-ups
- Track the pipeline in the CRM and report numbers weekly to the owners
- Coordinate with faculty and handle student and parent concerns
- Run day-to-day centre operations

Requirements

- 3 years in education sales, admissions or centre management with a proven record of hitting targets
- Animation, VFX, design or IT education background preferred (MAAC, Arena or similar)




- Robust English and Hindi, Marathi a plus
- Comfortable with CRM and reporting
- Graduate in any stream, MBA preferred
- Must live within 30 minutes of Malad
