Job Summary

Radiant Ayurveda is looking for a responsible and result-oriented Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and business performance of our two Ayurveda wellness centres in Bannerghatta and Kasturinagar, Bengaluru.

The role involves centre operations, team management, customer service, sales, revenue management, marketing coordination, administration and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of both Ayurveda centres.
- Supervise and coordinate centre staff.
- Manage staff attendance, schedules and performance.
- Ensure smooth customer service and maintain service quality.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Drive sales, customer conversions, repeat visits and package renewals.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly revenue performance.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, referrals and business growth.
- Monitor centre expenses, billing and collections.




- Manage inventory, procurement and facility maintenance.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Take ownership of centre targets and performance.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in centre management, hospitality, wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, spa, clinic, resort or similar service businesses.
- Experience in sales, revenue management and team management is preferred.
- Robust communication and people-management skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and business-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Willingness to travel between Bannerghatta and Kasturinagar.
- Ayurveda/wellness experience is preferred but not mandatory.
