What you'll do

Teach and assess

- Deliver live online classes (group and 1:1) in spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and workplace communication
- Apply CELTA-informed, learner-centred methodology to plan and deliver structured lessons
- Use CEFR-aligned criteria to assess levels and measure progress
- Give personalised feedback, error correction, and improvement strategies

Support learners

- Track progress and attendance, and share progress reports
- Run assessments, mock interviews, and speaking practice sessions
- Create activities, speaking tasks, and learning resources as needed

Collaborate

- Work with the academic and operations teams on schedules, batches, and student updates
- Join trainer meetings, calibration sessions, and QA reviews
- Take part in academic discussions, research, and upskilling sessions

Who you are

Must have





- A valid CELTA certificate (proof required at application)
- Excellent spoken and written English, with solid command of grammar and pronunciation
- Confidence leading both group classes and 1:1 sessions
- Comfort with Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS tools
- Availability on evenings and weekends (our batches are for working professionals)

Preferred

- M.A. in English or Linguistics
- Experience teaching adults or corporate learners
- Experience with CEFR-based assessment

Freshers with CELTA are welcome to apply.

Schedule

6-day work week, with evening and weekend availability compulsory.
