Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with experience in the transportation industry to attract, screen, and hire B1 and CDL Class A truck drivers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all drivers meet safety standards, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and cross-border requirements.

Remote position – India

✅ Candidates with U.S. CDL driver recruiting experience are strongly preferred

✅ Must be comfortable working with U.S. time zones

✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills required

✅ Must be comfortable with high-volume recruiting and recruitment targets

Key Responsibilities

- Post job openings and actively source B1 and CDL Class A drivers through social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen applications,



conduct initial interviews, and verify work history.
- Verify legal documentation and cross-border requirements (B1 Visa, Commercial Driver's License, FAST Card, PSP, MVR, driving records).
- Coordinate road tests, medical exams, and drug screenings.
- Manage the onboarding and induction process to ensure smooth integration.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting B1 and CDL drivers in the freight/trucking industry.
- Solid knowledge of DOT / FMCSA regulations and cross-border procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
