We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing US sales team. As a CSR, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers, generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experience. This is a full time, work-from-office role based at our Sanpada, Navi Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US customers inquiring about products and services
Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with prospects
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:
HSC or Graduate degree
Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Sales preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)




Comfortable working in US night shift (fixed timing)
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals
