Position: CRM Officer
Location: Tadepalli, Vijayawada
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Qualification: Commerce background
Experience: 2–3 years
Key Responsibilities
Customer interaction & site updates
Raising and following up on invoices
Coordinating with banks for customer loans
Customer payment & collection follow-ups
Coordination with accounts and internal teams
Maintaining CRM records and documentation
Who can apply?
Male/Female candidates with positive communication, follow-up and coordination skills, preferably with experience in banking, finance or financial institutions.
