We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Job Details
Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: Freshers can apply
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days
Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat, calls, and other communication channels
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain qualified and positive communication with customers




Follow up with customers and ensure proper query resolution
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements
Valuable English & Hindi communication skills
Good typing and computer skills
Customer-focused and professional attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates with customer support experience will be preferred
