We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, maintain client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with customers regarding services, feedback, and requirements.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate reports on customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Support sales and marketing activities when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
