Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to join our team. The intern will assist customers and hotel partners with their queries, provide timely support, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Handle customer and hotel partner queries through calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and professional responses.
Assist customers with booking-related and service-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up on pending customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain a skilled and positive approach while communicating with customers.
Follow company processes, guidelines, and customer support standards.
Support the team with daily customer service activities and reports.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.




Basic understanding of English; knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is an added advantage.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
