? ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Casting Head to lead the jewellery casting function for a reputed diamond jewellery manufacturing organization.
The candidate will be responsible for casting production, quality, metal recovery, rejection control, process improvement and team management .
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead complete jewellery casting operations and achieve production targets
• Handle intricate diamond jewellery casting and new product development
• Monitor casting defects, rejection, rework, yield and metal recovery • Coordinate with CAD/CAM, Wax, Production, Quality and Finishing teams • Drive process improvement,
productivity and cost optimisation
- Lead and develop the casting team and ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor machine utilisation, production efficiency and department KPIs
? CANDIDATE PROFILE
✅ 12–18+ years of experience in Jewellery Manufacturing / Casting ✅ Strong experience in Diamond Jewellery / Gold Jewellery Casting ✅ Expertise in Lost Wax / Investment Casting ✅ Strong knowledge of casting defects and troubleshooting
✅ Experience in metal recovery, yield improvement and rejection reduction ✅ Robust team handling and production management skills
