Job Overview

Siddharth Auto Engineers is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily financial transactions at our Wagholi branch. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience handling cash flow, payment processing, billing, and basic account reconciliation in a commercial or dealership environment. Preferred candidates reside in or near Wagholi, Pune for an easy daily commute.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily cash, credit, debit, and digital payment (UPI/POS) transactions accurately.
- Issue invoices, receipts, and receipts to customers for sales and service bills.
- Balance the cash register and reconcile daily receipts with sales records at the end of each shift.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of daily cash inflow and outflow.
- Assist the finance/accounts team with daily cash ledger entries and daily collection reports.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments, refunds, and billing details professionally.




- Safeguard cash holdings in accordance with internal company security procedures and deposit daily collections into bank accounts as required.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of working experience as a Cashier, Accounts Assistant, or Billing Executive (preferably in automotive sales/service, retail, or engineering setups).
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Wagholi, Pune are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and POS/UPI payment terminal management.
- Mathematical Ability: High numerical accuracy, speed, and sharp attention to detail.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus) for smooth customer interactions.
