Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier Cum Finance Executive to handle day-to-day cash transactions, billing, banking, collections, and financial documentation at our authorised heavy commercial vehicle service centre.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling customer payments, coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day cash and banking operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle daily cash receipts and payments and maintain proper cash records.
- Receive payments from customers through cash, UPI, card, cheque and other approved modes.
- Prepare and maintain daily cash book, payment records and collection reports.
- Handle customer billing, receipts and payment-related documentation.
- Verify cash, cheque and digital payment transactions against invoices and records.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and maintain daily cash closing and deposit records.
- Coordinate with banks for cash deposits, cheque deposits and other routine banking activities.
- Follow up on pending customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain records of customer advances, refunds and adjustments.
- Preparation of reports relating to collections, cash flow and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for ledger entries, reconciliations and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, receipts, vouchers, bank documents and other financial records.
- Ensure all transactions are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals.




- Assist management and the Accounts/Finance team in routine financial and administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for cash handling and financial controls.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of cash handling, billing and accounting.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation and payment records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Honest, responsible and trustworthy approach towards handling company funds.
- Experience in an automobile dealership/service centre/workshop will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience: 2–5 years in Cashier, Accounts, Finance or similar role.

Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, workshops, service centres or commercial vehicle businesses will be preferred.
