Role Description The Caregiver role at CELEDON PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support, while promoting independence wherever possible.

Responsibilities include monitoring clients’ well-being, following care plans, offering companionship, and supporting emotional and social needs in a respectful manner. The caregiver will help with meal preparation, feeding support, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role also involves reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals,



following safety protocols, and collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to provide personal care and support with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, mobility assistance).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Capacity to offer emotional support, patience, and empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Basic understanding of health, hygiene, and safety practices in a care setting.
- Ability to follow care plans, document observations, and report concerns in a timely manner.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, repositioning, and other mobility-related tasks as required.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or in a similar care role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant training or certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or home health care is an advantage.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Kerala, India, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
