ABOUT THE ROLE

Bilivin Education is looking for passionate and career-oriented individuals for the role of Career & Program Advisor. The role combines career counseling, consultative sales, and relationship management to help learners choose the right academic programs and achieve their career goals.

You will guide prospective students through their education journey, build relationships, and drive enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and working professionals
- Understand learner profiles, career goals, and educational requirements
- Recommend suitable university programs based on career aspirations
- Manage the complete learner journey from inquiry to enrollment
- Build strong relationships through trust-based and consultative communication
- Perform consistent follow-ups to improve conversions and enrollment rates
- Maintain accurate lead data, student interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets in a structured manner




- Collaborate with internal teams to improve student experience and conversion processes
- Stay updated on higher education trends, university offerings, and career opportunities

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who are:
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic in conversations
- Passionate about counseling, sales, and career guidance
- Target-oriented with a consultative mindset
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling student queries and objections professionally

ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE:
- 0–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, EdTech, sales, business development, or customer facing roles
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong learning ability are welcome to apply
- EdTech or education counseling experience will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
