Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis and credit research to support deal execution, including market research, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, pitch books, and presentations for clients.
- Manage data management systems to track deal flow, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
- Provide analytical insights to senior team members on potential deals and portfolio companies.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking or related field (e.g., Private Equity).
- Solid Business Analyst skills with ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent Credit Analysis skills with knowledge of debt markets and instruments.
- Proficiency in Data Management tools such as Excel or similar software.
