We are looking for a confident and guest-focused Captain to join the team at a concept bar & restaurant in Undri, Pune.

The candidate should have strong experience in restaurant and bar service, table handling, order taking, guest interaction, upselling, billing coordination, and supervising stewards during service. The ideal candidate should be presentable, disciplined, energetic, and capable of handling an assigned section independently during busy bar and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage an assigned section and ensure smooth table service.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
- Explain menu items, liquor options, cocktails, mocktails, and promotions to guests.
- Upsell food, premium beverages, bottles, cocktails, and specials.
- Supervise stewards/runners and ensure timely service in the assigned section.
- Coordinate KOT/BOT punching, order modifications, and billing support.
- Handle basic guest complaints professionally and escalate major issues to the Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain table setup, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service station readiness.
- Ensure service SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and restaurant standards are followed.
- Support smooth operations during weekends, events, high-footfall evenings, and late-night service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, stock checks, breakage reporting, and handovers.




- Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, bar team, and kitchen team during service.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as Captain, Senior Steward, Floor Supervisor, or Service Associate in a restaurant, bar, lounge, hotel, or premium F&B; outlet preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Basic knowledge of liquor, cocktails, mocktails, bottle service, and bar operations preferred.
- Strong guest-handling, communication, and upselling skills.
- Comfortable managing a section and supervising junior service staff.
- Basic POS/KOT/BOT and billing knowledge preferred.
- Should be presentable, disciplined, punctual, and service-oriented.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night operations.
- Candidate should be currently located in or willing to travel/relocate to Undri, Pune.

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.

Hotel management or hospitality background preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
