Job Overview

We are looking for responsible, experienced and customer-friendly Call Drivers to provide driving services to our individual clients at their doorstep.

The driver will receive service assignments from the company and travel to the client's specified location. The driver may be required to drive the client's own vehicle and safely transport the client to their requested destination.

This role requires excellent driving skills, punctuality, professional behaviour and the ability to interact respectfully with different types of customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive driving/service assignments from the company.
- Travel to the client's doorstep or specified pickup location on time.
- Meet the client professionally and confirm the service requirements.
- Drive the client's vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Transport the client and authorized passengers to the requested destination.
- Follow the client's requested route where practical and comply with traffic regulations.
- Provide services for short-distance, local and outstation trips as assigned.
- Handle pickup and drop-off requirements professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the client's vehicle during the service. (No need to wash car)
- Ensure that the client's vehicle is operated carefully and responsibly.
- Inform the company promptly about any delay, change in destination, accident, breakdown or other issue.
- Maintain proper communication with the company during the assigned service.
- Collect and submit service-related information or documents as required.




- Maintain customer confidentiality and respect the client's privacy.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
- Complete the assigned service and report completion to the company.

Customer Service Responsibilities The driver represents the company while interacting directly with individual clients. Therefore, the candidate must:
- Be polite, respectful and professional.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance and hygiene.
- Communicate clearly with customers.
- Avoid unnecessary arguments or personal discussions with clients.
- Respect the client's privacy and personal space.
- Handle customer information confidentially.
- Avoid using the client's vehicle for any personal purpose.
- Never allow unauthorized persons to use or drive the client's vehicle.

Candidate Requirements
- Valid driving licence applicable to the LMV vehicle category.
- Need to submit PCC (Police clearance certificate)
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Trivandrum city, major roads and surrounding areas.
- Safe and responsible driving habits.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the position.
- Willingness to work according to customer bookings and service requirements.




- Drivers can choose their preferred working shift based on their availability and the company's service requirements. Like : Day, Evening or night shifts
- Ability to handle different customer situations professionally.

Working Pattern The job may involve advance bookings as well as short-notice service requests. Drivers should be available according to the company's service schedule and willing to travel to different locations in all over India within the service area.

Important Conditions

- The driver must possess a valid driving licence.
- The driver must follow all applicable traffic and road-safety regulations.
- The driver must not consume alcohol or any intoxicating substance before or during duty.
- The driver must not use the customer's vehicle for personal purposes.
- Any accident, damage, traffic violation or other incident must be immediately reported to the company.
- Customer information, travel details and personal information must be kept confidential.

- Professional conduct is mandatory while providing services at the customer's premises.
