Cancellation & Refund Executive – Bengaluru

We are hiring Cancellation & Refund Executives for a full-time, on-site role in Koramangala 3rd Block, Bengaluru. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, real estate, cancellation/refund processing, customer support, or related roles can apply.

Job Details:

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer cancellation and refund requests.
- Explain cancellation procedures, deductions, and refund timelines.
- Verify booking details, documents, and payment information.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Follow up on pending approvals and refund cases.




- Maintain records in CRM and Excel.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Track cancellation and refund cases until final closure.

Requirements:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Experience in customer service, CRM, real estate, BPO, refunds, cancellations, or case management is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
