Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Campus Recruitment & Corporate Relations Executive / Manager to drive our corporate network expansion and manage full-cycle campus hiring operations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will bring established corporate HR relationships and have proven expertise in organizing campus and pool-campus placement drives.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Employer Onboarding: Connect with IT companies, MNCs, and core engineering firms to bring them into our campus recruitment network.
- HR Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Campus Hiring teams.
- Drive Execution: Invite and coordinate corporate participation for campus, pool-campus, and institute recruitment drives.
- Requirement Generation: Identify and secure ongoing corporate hiring requirements across various domains.
- Institute & College Liaison: Coordinate with partner colleges and training institutes for drive readiness, logistics, and candidate mobilization.
- End-to-End Placement Operations: Oversee candidate assessments, interview scheduling, selection processes, offer letter distribution, and joining tracking.
- Database & Reporting Management: Maintain structured databases of corporate partners, institute contacts, and candidate pools.

Education & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduation / Any Degree (B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Campus Recruitment, Corporate Relations, or Talent Acquisition.
- Preferred Network: Strong existing connections with IT/MNC HR teams and talent acquisition decision-makers.
- Key Skills: Excellent business communication, client pitching, event management, negotiation, and candidate mobilization skills.
