PARA™ Learning | Part-time | Campus-based
About PARA
PARA™ Learning is an experiential learning and training consultancy. We design programmes that move people — through experience across corporate, institutional, and community settings. Our wellness work brings that same approach to how young people understand and care for their own wellbeing.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of community building and wellness advocacy. Working closely with PARA's growth and programme teams, and will be responsible for representing PARA on their campus, building awareness of our wellness offerings, and creating student-led momentum around them.
Beyond promotion, the role is a listening post. Ambassadors surface what students actually need from wellness programming — what they'll show up for, what they avoid, and why — and that insight feeds directly into how PARA designs for campus audiences.
The ideal candidate is someone people already listen to on their campus: socially connected, genuinely invested in wellbeing, and able to make things happen without being managed.
What You'll Do
- Represent PARA on campus as our primary point of contact for students, clubs, and faculty.
- Build visibility for PARA's wellness programmes, workshops, and events through peer networks, student groups, and social media.
- Creating a PARA club and running it
- Run on-ground activity — awareness drives, wellness sessions, sign-up campaigns, and tabling at campus events.
- Open doors by building relationships with student bodies,
wellness cells, and societies that could partner with PARA.
- Report back on student wellness needs, interests, and what's landing (or not) — your read on campus sentiment shapes what we build.
- Drive participation in PARA events and programmes against agreed registration targets.
- Coordinate with the PARA team on messaging, materials, and campaign timelines.
What You'll Bring
Essentials -
- Currently enrolled at a recognised college or university.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the confidence to approach and engage peers.
- An active presence within campus networks — clubs, societies, or student communities.
- Self-direction. You'll be working independently alongside academics, so follow-through matters more than hours logged.
- Comfort with social media and basic digital promotion.
Bonus
- Experience in student leadership, event organising, or club coordination.
- Demonstrated interest in mental health, wellbeing, or wellness advocacy.
- Existing ties to campus wellness cells, counselling centres, or student welfare bodies.
What We Offer
- Certificate of completion and experience.
- Discounted access to PARA events and programmes.
- Real exposure to how wellness programming gets designed and delivered — and a direct line to PARA's core team.
