Role Description This is a full time, on-site Caller role based in Jaipur. The Caller will contact potential and existing clients to introduce Amazing IT Solution’s services, gather requirements, and schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales and marketing teams. Daily tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, maintaining accurate records of conversations, and updating client information in internal systems.

The role also involves answering basic queries about services, qualifying leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer service.



The Caller is expected to meet call and lead-generation targets while maintaining a professional and respectful approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident phone etiquette.
- Basic understanding of IT and digital marketing services (web design, content, graphics, social media) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and handle objections in a calm and professional manner.
- Organizational skills to manage call logs, client data, and follow-up schedules accurately.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM tools, and office productivity software.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a quick-paced, team-focused environment.
- Prior experience in calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
