My Fresh Retails Pvt. Ltd. is a customer-focused retail company committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As part of our operations, we maintain an in-house cafeteria/kitchen facility to support our store team and ensure hygienic, timely and well-managed food and beverage services.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cafeteria Manager who can independently manage the day-to-day cafeteria operations, lead the cafeteria team, and maintain proper kitchen inventory and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the cafeteria and kitchen.
- Supervise, guide and coordinate cafeteria/kitchen staff and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of tea, beverages and other cafeteria requirements.
- Maintain adequate stock of tea, milk, sugar, groceries, vegetables, cooking ingredients, packaging materials and other kitchen supplies.
- Monitor daily consumption and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Check incoming kitchen supplies for quantity and quality.
- Maintain proper stock levels and raise purchase/replenishment requirements on time.
- Minimize food wastage, pilferage and unnecessary consumption.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cafeteria, utensils, equipment and storage areas.
- Follow proper food-safety, storage and housekeeping practices.




- Maintain records of daily kitchen consumption, purchases and wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers wherever required.
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for perishable and non-perishable items.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure the cafeteria runs smoothly.
- Support management with reports related to inventory, consumption and cafeteria expenses.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in cafeteria, canteen, kitchen, hotel, restaurant or food-service management will be preferred.
- Good understanding of kitchen inventory and stock management.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food-safety practices.
- Ability to maintain stock and consumption records.
- Responsible, punctual and organized with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/store environment.
