Crave and Co is the healthy café inside Atlas Fitness, an international fitness brand in Mallapur, Hyderabad. We serve fresh, protein-rich meals and a signature range of Atlas Fitness beverages, including coffee, tea, iced lattes and shakes. Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Café Chef and Barista to prepare our coffee, beverages and healthy menu items. You will handle the coffee counter, prepare fresh food, and maintain high standards of hygiene and quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, loves coffee and wants to grow in the health food industry.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee and Beverages

- Prepare espresso-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, americanos and iced lattes
- Make teas, milkshakes and protein shakes from our Atlas Fitness beverage range
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation and portion size for every drink
- Operate, clean and care for the coffee machine and grinder daily

Food Preparation

- Prepare healthy menu items including chicken rice ball sandwiches, grilled chicken rice dishes and other high-protein meals
- Wash, cut, marinate and prep ingredients before service
- Follow recipes and portion standards to keep quality consistent
- Help develop and test new healthy menu items

Hygiene and Operations

- Keep the kitchen, counter and utensils clean at all times
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly




- Store ingredients correctly and track stock levels
- Serve customers politely and keep the café running smoothly

Who Can Apply

- Freshers with a strong interest in cooking or coffee are welcome. We provide full training.
- Candidates with café, barista, kitchen or restaurant experience will be given preference
- Knowledge of healthy cooking or fitness nutrition is a plus
