Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver features across the full stack - Vue 3, Node.js, MongoDB
- Own code quality through reviews, standards, and refactoring
- Define system architecture for recent features and third-party integrations
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment stability
- Lead sprint ceremonies: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Break down product requirements into engineering tasks and assign work appropriately
- Track and report delivery progress; flag blockers early
- Support hiring: conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates
- Act as the primary technical contact for product, operations, and leadership
- Translate technical constraints and timelines for non-technical stakeholders
- Document decisions, architecture, and processes clearly
- Conduct 1-on-1s and provide structured feedback to team members
- Guide junior and mid-level developers on best practices and career growth
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
