We are seeking a dynamic Lead Conversion Specialist to turn prospective leads into loyal clients. This role involves identifying current business opportunities across platforms like Upwork, PPH, and Sales Navigator, and building strong relationships with clients. The specialist will prepare and present compelling proposals, conduct market research, and follow up on leads to improve conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have a business-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
- Manage IT bidding platforms,



proposals and RFP/RFI responses
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain sales pipeline
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database in the CRM.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any field with a strong interest in marketing.
- Proficient in Upwork and familiar with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH etc.
- Academic Qualification – Graduates/B.E/B-TECH/MCA
