Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business System Analyst role based in Mumbai.

The Business System

Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, document business requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, conducting system and data analysis, and supporting the implementation or enhancement of business applications. The role involves preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, participating in testing activities,



and helping ensure system changes meet business objectives. The analyst will also support end users with training and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across retail operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills to evaluate current systems and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and validate stakeholder needs.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant experience in retail or related domains, including exposure to POS, inventory, or ERP systems, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools, requirements management tools, and basic SQL or data querying is an advantage.
