We're looking for a Business Strategy Consultant specialised in the sustainability and ESG space to help shape Rootd's go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth direction.
You’ll work across:
- Business strategy and growth planning
- Market, sector and customer opportunity identification
- GTM strategy and new market entry
- Rootd’s positioning and value proposition
- Recent services, offerings and business models
- Strategic partnerships and ecosystem development
- Key account and business development strategy
- Sustainability/ESG market research and competitive intelligence
- Strategic projects and founder-level initiatives
We're looking for:
- Specialised experience in sustainability, ESG, climate, or related regulatory consulting
- Real understanding of the Indian sustainability/ESG market specifically - services, advisory, implementation, regulations, competitors, buyer behaviour
- Strong business and analytical thinking
- Excellent research, communication and presentation skills
- Startup experience is a plus
