Role Overview

As a Business Strategy Trainee (Founder's Office), you will work directly with the founder on business growth, client development, and strategic operations. You will collaborate closely with the founder to research markets, identify potential clients, build proposals and presentations, support negotiations and deal closures, and manage the documentation that keeps business operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities for Augle AI.
- Build client-facing presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that support business development efforts.
- Support and progressively lead negotiations with clients, working towards closing offers and business deals.
- Draft and manage purchase orders (POs), contracts, and related documentation for business operations.
- Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives, planning, and day-to-day decision-making.
- Track and manage business development pipelines, client follow-ups,



and relationship management.
- Use MS Office, Canva, and AI tools to create research reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure business commitments are executed smoothly.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients directly.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and familiarity with AI tools for research and productivity.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with genuine curiosity about markets and business strategy.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with prior exposure to market research, business development, or client-facing roles are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly for documentation and process management.

Internship Details:

- Location: Bhosari, Pune (On-site, Full-time)
- Duration: 6 Months
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Stipend: As per the skills & experience of the candidate.
