About Inspira Software Services

Inspira Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is an established enterprise software company headquartered in Calcutta. We develop and deliver CRM, ERP, Project Management and other business software solutions for organisations in India and overseas.

We operate in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment and continuously adopt modern software, automation and emerging technologies to improve the way we develop products, serve customers and run our business.

As Inspira expands its products, markets and operations across India and internationally, we are looking for an intelligent, dynamic and capable person to work closely with the Managing Director in a high-trust business coordination, strategic operations and executive support role.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology and executive leadership, while gaining direct exposure to how a growing technology company is managed and developed.

Role Summary

This is a multidimensional role combining Business Coordination, Strategic Operations and Executive Support to the Managing Director.

The role includes significant responsibilities normally associated with an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA), together with broader business coordination and operational responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, helping coordinate business activities, meetings, projects, communications and travel, while also providing selected personal support where required.

The role requires someone who can understand priorities, learn quickly, anticipate requirements, coordinate with different people and take ownership of matters without constant supervision.

As the Company operates in a rapidly evolving technology environment, the candidate should be comfortable working with modern digital tools and willing to learn recent technologies and business processes.

Prior technical or AI expertise is not required.

A Close Professional Partnership

This role requires a level of trust, alignment and flexibility beyond that normally expected of a conventional Executive Assistant.

The successful candidate will be expected to work like the Director's close business associate, understanding what requires attention, anticipating requirements, coordinating with others and ensuring that important matters continue to move forward.

The role also requires the maturity and confidence to take ownership of matters independently when circumstances demand, including coordinating people, following up on decisions and keeping activities moving when the Director is engaged elsewhere.

This requires exceptional flexibility, adaptability, discretion and judgement. The successful candidate should be comfortable moving between business coordination, executive support, travel, meetings, problem-solving and selected personal responsibilities, depending on what the situation requires.

The objective is not merely to assist the Director, but to become a trusted extension of his working capacity.

- Follow up on important business activities, decisions and commitments.

- Assist with business projects,

operational initiatives and special assignments.

- Coordinate meetings and ensure that required information and documents are available.
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, presentations and supporting material.
- Handle executive correspondence and communications as required.
- Maintain organised records of important communications, commitments and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with other Executive/Personal Assistants and Operations Executives to ensure continuity of support.
- Anticipate the Director's requirements and provide proactive assistance.
- Handle confidential business information with complete discretion.
- Assist the Director during meetings, business events and other professional engagements.

The role may involve approximately 2-3 business trips per month, typically lasting 3-5 days. All the responsibilities mentioned require complete confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.

Optional Financial Market Support

Candidates with an interest in financial markets may also assist in monitoring stock and Options price movements and preparing briefs relating to the Director's financial and investment interests.

This is not mandatory and can be learned after joining.
