Position: Non-Domain Trainer – English & Soft Skills
Experience: 1 –5 years of experience in DDU-GKY projects
Key Responsibilities
Deliver English and Soft Skills training as per the approved DDU-GKY curriculum.
Develop trainees' communication, spoken English, interpersonal, and workplace skills.
Conduct activities, role plays, presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises.
Train candidates on interview skills, workplace etiquette, teamwork, confidence building, and qualified communication.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback/remedial support.
Maintain attendance, lesson plans, assessment records, and other required training documentation.
Support trainees in developing employment-readiness skills.
Eligibility
1–5 years of relevant experience in DDU-GKY projects.
Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Communication, Management, Education, or a relevant field.
Positive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Relevant trainer/ToT certification, wherever applicable.
