Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology / Digital Transformation.
Significant experience managing BFSI clients and large technology delivery portfolios.
Proven experience managing large teams and complex programs.
Solid client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
Experience in P&L;, revenue, margin and commercial management.
Solid understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and traditional SDLC.
Experience with digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, automation or up-to-date technology platforms is preferred.
Strong exposure to RFP/RFI/RFP solutioning and pre-sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to operate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders
