Job Summary

SKA Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented digital marketing head to lead digital marketing strategies, strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales growth for its real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
Drive qualified leads and optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, website optimization, and online reputation management.
Plan and execute digital campaigns for project launches, brand promotions, and property sales.
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, agencies, and external vendors.
Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversions.




Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–12 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proven experience in real estate lead generation and performance marketing.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Experience in managing digital marketing budgets, teams, and multiple campaigns.
Robust analytical, strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in real estate developers or property development companies.
