Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Hygiene Executive to monitor and maintain business standards across all stores and retail outlets. The role will focus on demo product status, store execution, visibility, display standards, compliance, and timely coordination with field managers to ensure consistent retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular checks across stores and retail outlets to monitor business hygiene and execution standards.
- Check the availability, condition and functionality of demo/display products.
- Monitor demo product placement, display, tagging, pricing and visibility.
- Identify missing, damaged, inactive or outdated demo products and coordinate for corrective action.
- Check store branding, fixtures, POSM, product displays and visibility standards.
- Monitor stock/display gaps and highlight issues to the concerned field team.
- Maintain a store-wise Business Hygiene Tracker with observations and action points.
- Share regular status reports with Managers, Zonal Managers and Senior Management.
- Coordinate with field managers to close pending issues within defined timelines.
- Follow up on corrective actions and maintain closure status.
- Conduct periodic store audits and highlight recurring issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations,



Marketing and other teams for resolution of store-level requirements.
- Track demo movement, replacement, repair and installation status where applicable.
- Ensure business hygiene standards are consistently followed across all locations.
- Provide regular MIS and dashboard updates to management.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Retail Audit, Business Operations, Sales Coordination or similar roles.
- Experience in consumer electronics / mobile / technology retail preferred.
- Valuable understanding of showroom/store operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with Sales Managers, Zonal Managers and field teams.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across stores and locations.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
