Job Summary

Shri Devmuneshwar Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha Maryadit is looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) with 1–2 years of experience in a Cooperative Society, Cooperative Bank, Bank, Financial Institution.

The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, loan lead generation, business development, and achieving assigned monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new customers and business opportunities.

· Promote FD, RD, Savings, Current Account, Pigmy Deposit and Loan products.

· Achieve monthly business and sales targets.

· Conduct field visits and customer meetings.

· Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

· Maintain relationships with existing customers.

· Follow up with customers for deposits and loan requirements.

· Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up reports.

· Ensure proper customer documentation and KYC coordination.

· Submit daily/weekly/monthly business reports.

· Support the organization in achieving overall business growth.

Required Skills

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.





· Sales and business development skills.

· Knowledge of cooperative banking/society products.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Good local market knowledge.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

· Willingness to travel for field visits.

Eligibility

· Graduate in any discipline preferred.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Cooperative Society/Cooperative Bank/Bank/Financial Institution.

· Candidates with experience in deposit mobilization, loan sales or field business development will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
