Business Development Manager (BDM) US IT Staffing

Location: Boduppal, Hyderabad

Shift: US Shift 07:00PM IST to 04:00AM IST

Role & responsibilities

- Acquiring new clients, building vendor partnerships, and securing IT job orders for the internal recruiting team.
- Identify, prospect, and pitch IT staffing and staff augmentation services to new direct end-clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.
- Maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management systems (VMS/MSP) to ensure repeat business and account expansion.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong B2B sales & business development experience
- Experience in IT Staffing / IT Consulting
- Client acquisition & relationship management
- Lead generation and account growth
- Solid understanding of the US IT services market

Preference will be given to male candidates and immediate joiners only.

Please note that there is no cab facility.
