Salary: ₹50,000–₹80,000/month target-linked closure and referral incentives

We need an experienced BDM with proven success in SaaS sales and digital marketing client acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

- Generate your own qualified leads—Apart from our leads.
- Travel for client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Own negotiations, deal closures, onboarding coordination and payment collection.
- Handle the sales team and deliver agreed monthly targets.
- Report actual numbers: leads generated, meetings, proposals, closures, revenue and collections.

Requirements: Relevant sales experience, robust presentation and negotiation skills, and own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

As a startup, we need hands-on effort and measurable results. Forecasts must be backed by evidence; assumptions and verbal commitments do not count as achievements.
