Role: Business Development Manager - Regional Rural Banks

Location: Barmer, Bikaner, Jalore, Jodhpur, Sriganganagar, Pali, Hanumangarh, Nagaur, Sirohi, Bundi, Fatahpur, Rajsamand, Dausa, Malviya nagar.

Must Criteria:

- Should be a Graduate.
- Should have a valid driving license and Two-wheeler.
- Should have experience in Life insurance.

Job Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets through the mapped bank branches.
- Drive insurance sales by leveraging the bank branch network, customer base, leads, referrals, walk-ins, and data mining.
- Promote and sell the companys insurance products through the banks customer and employee network.
- Build and maintain solid, open, and trusted relationships with Branch Managers, bank officers, and branch staff.
- Work closely with bank employees to generate leads, improve insurance penetration, and increase branch productivity.
- Engage regularly with bank staff to provide knowledge on insurance products, product features, and sales processes.
- Understand and address bank staffs concerns or challenges related to insurance sales.
- Support CROs in their sales efforts through benefit illustrations, joint customer meetings,



and client calls, wherever required.
- Drive and coordinate lead generation initiatives through walk-ins, referrals, customer databases, branch leads, and other available sources.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of customer service requirements and medical formalities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by facilitating smooth service delivery and resolving customer requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate product and sales training programs for bank branch staff to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor branch-level sales performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, activation, and insurance penetration.
- Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
