About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our dealer network, channel partnerships, and project business across India for premium imported automation brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners across India.
- Build dealer pricing, margins, and commercial structures as per company guidelines.
- Generate business through LinkedIn, cold outreach, exhibitions, architects, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Manage exhibition participation and convert visitor data into business opportunities.
- Conduct technical discussions and recommend suitable gate motors, boom barriers, access control, and automation solutions.




- Coordinate product demonstrations and dealer/technician training.
- Manage tenders, quotations, sales pipeline, CRM, and payment collections.
- Track dealer performance, secondary sales, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 3–8 years experience in Business Development / Channel Sales / Entrance Automation / ELV / IBMS.
- Robust technical and commercial understanding of automation products.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Personal Bike/Car + Valid Driving Licence mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
