Position: Business Sales Manager Matchmaking We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth for Soul Milan.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new matrimonial clients through calls, references, networking and business development. Understand client and family requirements and explain suitable matchmaking services. Build trust and maintain solid relationships with prospective clients. Convert enquiries into paid memberships/services. Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with the matchmaking team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Develop referral networks and local business relationships. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

- 3–7 years of experience in sales,



business development, premium services, matrimonial services, real estate, hospitality, insurance or similar relationship-driven industries. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Comfortable speaking with families and senior decision-makers. Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Presentable, confident and target-oriented.
