? We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Credo Planters is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales, develop new client relationships, and expand our presence across India.

Role OverviewAs a BDM, you will take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and conducting client meetings to negotiations, deal closure, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities• Generate and qualify new B2B business opportunities

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, dealers, and corporate clients
- Manage regular prospect follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Manage opportunities from initial discussion through deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain an active and well-managed sales pipeline
- Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and payments
- Develop repeat business, referrals, and long-term client relationships
- Travel for client meetings and business development as required





Candidate Profile• Experience: 3–5 years in B2B, corporate, or solution-based sales

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups
- Target-driven with strong ownership of sales outcomes
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Willing to travel across India when required

Preferred ExperienceExperience in the building materials, architectural products, interiors, construction, furniture, landscaping, or related industries will be strongly preferred.

Candidates with an existing network of architects, interior designers, builders, developers, dealers, or corporate clients will have an advantage.

Compensation? ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Location? Jaipur, Rajasthan
