ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Manager Computer Vision & AI who can own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to site visits, demos, POCs, commercial discussions, and closure.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with enterprise customers and understanding their operational, security, and safety challenges to identify relevant AI-powered computer vision use cases.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to identify relevant computer vision use cases.
- Work with technical teams to map customer requirements to solutions.
- Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations and drive POCs.
- Manage opportunities from first conversation through negotiation and closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Build relationships with CXOs, plant heads, security, operations, IT, and other decision-makers.
- Maintain CRM and pipeline discipline.




- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-7 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Solution Sales.
- Experience selling AI, Computer Vision, Video Analytics, SaaS, IoT, Security, or Technology solutions preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or enterprise customers is a strong advantage.
- Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technology solutions.
- Comfortable with client meetings, site visits, demos, and travel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of owning the complete sales cycle.
