We are seeking a energetic, results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM) based in to drive corporate sales, group bookings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure business for 4 start resort at Goa. The ideal candidate will act as our key brand ambassador in the Mumbai market, leveraging their network to identify new business opportunities, build strong corporate partnerships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in hospitality sales, corporate sales, or business development (resort or 4/5-star hotel sales experience is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong Network: An active, pre-existing database of corporate clients, HR professionals, and travel agents in .
- Skills: Robust negotiation, presentation,



and closing skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings and occasionally travel to the resort in Goa for property showcases or major corporate events.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹319,649.71 - ₹1,082,259.41 per year
