Key Responsibilities Attend to walk-in customers , understand their requirements, and provide suitable product/service solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers to generate recent business opportunities. Prepare and share quotations, estimates, and order forms accurately and on time.

Coordinate with customers and the production team to ensure orders are processed and delivered as committed. Manage current clients , including regular follow-ups, order status updates, and resolving customer queries. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders to convert enquiries into sales.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups. Coordinate internally with production and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders. Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers and identify opportunities for repeat business
